By accessing and using Naczarter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Naczarter provides a platform to search, compare, and book yachts and boats. We act as an intermediary between the charter companies/owners and the customer.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices may fluctuate based on season, promotions, and time of booking. Payment processing is securely handled via third-party providers such as Stripe and PayU.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by vessel and are clearly stated during the booking process. Generally, full refunds are available for cancellations made well in advance, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

5. User Requirements

For vessels requiring a license, the renter must present valid and recognized documentation before departure. Failure to provide proper licensing will result in booking cancellation without refund.

6. Liability

While we verify the fleet list, Naczarter is not liable for personal injury or property damage sustained during the charter. Standard insurance policies apply per individual vessel contract.
